Working with Content Blocks
Overview
Content Blocks are the building blocks of every email. They allow you to add text, images, buttons, social links, tables, HTML, and other elements to your design.
Every Content Block must be placed inside a row.
Adding a Content Block
- Open the Content tab.
- Drag the desired Content Block onto the design canvas.
- Drop it into the desired row.
- Customize the block using the Properties panel.

Available Content Blocks
| Content Block | Description |

| Title | Adds headings to your email. |
| Paragraph | Adds body text. |
| Image | Displays images. |
| Button | Creates clickable call-to-action buttons. |
| Divider | Separates content sections. |
| Spacer | Adds vertical spacing. |
| Table | Creates tabular layouts. |
| HTML | Inserts custom HTML. |
| Video | Adds linked video previews. |
| Social | Displays social media icons. |
| Menu | Creates navigation menus. |
| Icons | Displays icon-based content. |
Editing a Content Block
Selecting a Content Block displays its available properties in the Properties panel.
The available options vary depending on the selected block.
Common properties include:
- Colors
- Fonts
- Alignment
- Spacing
- Borders
- Padding
- Links
Moving Content Blocks
Content Blocks can be dragged to different locations within your design.
Move them:
- Within the same row
- To another row
- Between columns
Duplicating and Deleting Content
Use the toolbar that appears when selecting a Content Block to:
- Duplicate
- Delete
- Move

- Keep layouts simple.
- Use headings to organize content.
- Break long paragraphs into smaller sections.
- Preview your email on mobile devices.
- Use images and buttons to improve engagement.
