Customizing Mailing Summary Columns

The Reports tab now lets you choose which metrics appear in your Mailing Summary table and control the order in which they're displayed.

Where to Find It

On the Mailing Summary report, click the Customize button located in the toolbar above the report table, next to Export Summary.

How to Customize Your Columns

  1. Click Customize to open the column configuration panel.
  2. On the left side, browse available metrics grouped into two sections:
    • Standard Metrics — commonly used columns such as Status, Sent, Targeted List, Scheduled (Delivered), and Unsubs.
    • Extended Metrics — additional detail such as Unique Opens, Unique Clicks, Bounce types, Complaints, Responses, and more.
  3. Check the box next to any metric you want to display. Uncheck a box to remove that column from your report.
  4. On the right side, under Column Order, drag and drop columns to set the order in which they appear in the report table.

Resetting Your Selections

  • Reset Selection — restores the default set of visible columns.
  • Reset Order — restores the default column order without changing your selected metrics.

Applying Changes

Click Apply to save your changes and update the report table. Click Cancel to close the panel without applying any changes.

Saving Preferences

Your column selections and ordering are saved to your user account and will persist the next time you visit the Reports tab.

Note on Segment Title

The Segment Title column displays differently depending on how segmentation was applied to the mailing:

  • If the mailing used a saved PostUp segment, that segment's title will be displayed.
  • If segmentation was applied within the mailing without using a saved segment, the column will display "Custom Segment".
