Configure a remote server to allow transfer of large files to and from . This may include exporting custom reports or retrieving your data for importing purposes.

1. Open the Settings menu and select FTP Configurations.

2. Select an existing configuration to edit a remote connection, or

   Press the Create new button to create a new remote connection.

   You can choose from:

   • SFTP
   • S3

Configuring an SFTP connection

On the configuration page:

1. Enter a name for your configuration.
2. Select SFTP from the protocol dropdown. The port defaults to 22.
3. Select an encryption key config from the dropdown.
4. Complete the highlighted fields by:
   • Entering the server name for your SFTP server.
   • Entering your username or domain\username.
   • Entering the password to your SSH private key.
   • Entering the remote directory name or "." if using the home directory.
   • Adding any optional comments.
5. Press the Test Connection button to confirm the settings and connection.
6. Press the Save button to save your configuration.

Configuring an S3 connection

On the configuration page:

1. Enter a name for your configuration.
2. Select S3 from the protocol dropdown.
3. Complete the highlighted fields by:
   • Entering your S3 bucket name.
   • Entering your AWS access key.
   • Entering your AWS secret key.
   • Entering the S3 object prefix or leave blank if using the root bucket.
   • Adding any optional comments.
4. Press the Test Connection button to confirm the settings and connection.
5. Press the Save button to save your configuration.

Editing a remote connection

When you open the FTP configurations menu, you will see a table of existing configurations.

1. Select the pencil icon next to a configuration to reopen the configuration page.
2. Edit your settings as required.
3. Press the Test Connection button to confirm your connection works.
4. Press the Save button to save your changes.

If you need to delete a configuration, press the Delete button in the table of configurations.
