Qlik Engagement Dashboard

The Engagement Dashboard consists of two sheets: Delivery and Engagement.

Delivery

The Delivery sheet provides information on your bounce rates and includes:

Volumes for the types of bounce and the combined total.
A table of scheduled sends, delivery rates, and bounce statistics by month.
A graph of the bounce types by month.

Tip: if you select a month in the table, this graph will change to display daily bounce data for the selected month.

The Engagement sheet provides information on your open and click rates and includes:

Volumes for the opens, clicks, and click to open rate.

Note: the opens figure is for total opens and can be above 100% as a result of multiple opens of a mail, e.g. someone opens the mailing on their phone and then on their laptop.
A table of delivered mailings, opens, clicks, unsubs and complaints statistics by month.
A graph of the engagement types by month.

Tip: if you select a month in the table, this graph will change to display daily engagement data for the selected month.
