Report Overview
Performance Reports
Visual Click Report: heat map reporting that displays click-through statistics based on the mailing's creative.
Detailed Mailing Report: provides intricate details about a specific mailing, including open and click-through statistics, feedback loop data, charts and graphs detailing delivery, as well as list performance.
Mailing Comparison Report: allows users to compare the delivery and performance across two or more mailings.
Audience Measurement Reporting: identifies an email program's most active recipients, based on household-level demographic and behavioral information. Mailing Alerts: email alerts that notify a selected group of users when a single mailing fails to meet thresholds configured for a set of performance criteria. This report allows users to easily identify potential delivery challenges, technical difficulties and data management issues without manually searching through individual mailing reports.

This report acts in the same manner as an Excel pivot table ̶ giving the users the ability to group and pull recipient-based performance data from their database.

Rendering Report: powered by Litmus, this report visually ensures the construction of the message through an extensive range of mobile, desktop and webmail screen shots.
Carrier Delivery Report: user-generated reporting that displays the delivery and performance statistics for a specified carrier, or a selected number of carriers, for the client's SMS campaigns.
Incoming SMS Report: provides aggregate counts for the SMS keywords received on a day-to-day basis.

How can I see a comparison report of two or more mailings?
- Once logged in, click on the Reports tab.
- Scroll down to the Mailings section.
- Click on the checkboxes located in the far left column, to select two or more mailings.
- Click Compare.
How can I determine where my recipients are most likely to click?
- Once logged in, click on the Reports tab.
- Scroll down to the Mailings section.
- Click on the Mailing ID link for the appropriate mailing.
- Click on the Visual Click Report link, located under the Performance section.
- Click on Link Rankings.
- Review the rankings for each URL.
When are people clicking through my messages?
- Once logged in, click on the Reports tab.
- Scroll down to the Mailings section.
- Click on the Mailing ID link for the appropriate mailing.
- Review the Click-Throughs over Time graph.
How has mailing performance (opens and clicks) trended over the last four months?
- Once logged in, click on the Reports tab
- Click on Mailing Analytics.
- Click on the OLAP Navigator icon (first icon located in the upper left-hand corner).
- Click on Measures.
- Deselect the measures selected by default.
- Select Total Opens and Total Clicks.
- Click on OK.
- Click on Time.
- Deselect the All Times option.
- Click on the + icon to view and select the last four months.
- Click on OK.
- Click on the filter icon next to Mailing and Brand to remove these fields as rows.
- Click on OK.
