You may only export up to 1 million records at a time. If exporting more than 1 million records, please follow the steps outlined below.

1. Order the export by Email Address, using the Order By dropdown menu.
2. Export the first file, as outlined in this document.
3. After exporting the first set of records, enter 1,000,000 into the Skip field. This command will direct PostUp to skip the first million records and export the next set of records.
4. Continue to order the file by email address for each export.
5. If exporting more than 2 million records, enter 2,000,000 into the Skip field after exporting the first 2 million records.
6. Repeat if necessary.
