Capture Widgets allow you to create on-site experiences designed to grow your audience, capture subscriber data, and engage visitors directly on your website.
Capture Widgets can be accessed from the More Options dropdown. These widgets can be displayed as lightboxes, banners, or inline elements on your site and are commonly used to grow email lists, capture SMS subscribers, collect feedback, and promote offers.
The following widget types are available to support different audience development strategies.
Capture Email
Grow your email list by displaying a personalized lightbox, banner, or inline signup widget that captures visitor email addresses directly on your site.
Quiz Builder
Use the step-by-step quiz wizard to create interactive quizzes that collect subscriber information while engaging visitors with personalized questions.
Email and Phone (2-Step)
Capture an email address first, then prompt visitors to opt into SMS messaging as a second step. This approach often increases both email and SMS subscriber growth.
Promote a Sale
Display promotional messaging during specific time periods, such as a site-wide sale or special event. Promotions can be scheduled to automatically appear and expire.
Get Feedback (Survey)
Collect feedback from your visitors using an on-site survey widget. Surveys can help gather insights about user preferences, experiences, or product feedback.
Contact Form
Create a contact form that allows visitors to submit inquiries or requests and connect those submissions to your marketing tools.
Exit Intent / Cart Abandon
Display an offer or signup prompt when a visitor shows exit intent, such as moving their cursor toward the browser address bar. This can help recover abandoning visitors.
